2026 HOA Dues & POA Fees

Social Membership 

Social Membership is required for all property owners of Hampton Hall Club.

One Time Membership Fee: $28,000

One Time Capital Fund Contribution: $1,493 Due at closing

Social Membership entitles the Member, spouse  and dependent children under age 23, use of the Main Clubhouse, Pete’s Grill, tennis and pickleball courts, fitness center, indoor and outdoor pools, playground, basketball court, and bocce ball courts. Dues are billed monthly and include the Home Owners Association and social amenities.

Social Monthly Dues: $497.45

Totals $5,970 Annually

Social members are permitted to play up to 6 golf rounds per year at the applicable guest rate.

Carriage Homes Additional Monthly Dues: $274

Golf Memberships are available for both residents and non-property owners of Hampton Hall.
Golf Membership entitles the Member, spouse and dependent children under age 23, unlimited rounds of golf and use of the practice facilities.

POA Membership

In Bluffton, South Carolina, Hampton Hall operates under a Property Owners Association (POA) structure that is integrated with the Hampton Hall Club. Unlike a traditional HOA that might only manage landscaping, the Hampton Hall POA/Club is a mandatory-membership organization that manages both the community’s infrastructure and its extensive resort-style amenities.
