Inside, the home is light, fresh, and inviting, with soaring ceilings and plenty of windows bringing the Lowcountry setting indoors. The living area offers generous seating and opens naturally to the dining room and kitchen, so everyone can comfortably gather without feeling crowded. The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances, ample counter space, and bar seating in addition to the dining table-equally well suited to an easy breakfast before the beach or dinner at home after a full Hilton Head day. One of our favorite spaces is the window-filled Carolina room overlooking the lagoon. From here, step directly outside to the expanded private deck, a lovely spot for morning coffee, afternoon reading, or cocktails while watching the wildlife along the water. The first-floor primary suite is especially appealing and features a king bed, deck access, and a beautifully renovated private bath with double vanity and a large walk-in shower. Upstairs are two additional private bedroom suites. One offers a king bed and en-suite bath with tub/shower combination; the second has two twin beds and its own en-suite bath with double vanity and walk-in shower. A convenient powder room and washer/dryer are also located on the main level. Huntington Villas occupies one of our favorite locations within Palmetto Dunes. Guests enjoy a quieter residential atmosphere along the resort's beautiful lagoon system while remaining wonderfully close to the ocean. The Huntington community pool is just steps away, and beach access is directly across Ocean Lane. Palmetto Dunes itself offers miles of beach, three golf courses, tennis and pickleball, biking, kayaking, dining, the Palmetto Dunes General Store, and easy access to Shelter Cove. Read Less
